At VALANCIS, we strive for perfection in every stitch. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit. Our return policy is designed to protect your purchase while ensuring the integrity of our boutique collections.
To protect both our clients and our artisans against transit damages or missing items, we require a clear, continuous video recording of the parcel being received and opened.
If you notice any discrepancy or damage, you must notify us within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the parcel. Claims made after this window will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and premium packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
